快生型花生基因工程根瘤菌株HN_(11)、HN_(12)的生物学特性试验

摘    要:快生型花生基因工程根瘤菌株HN11、HN12与85-7、12-5菌株,均能利用试验的10种糖类并产酸,不产气;液化明胶;分解牛奶产生血清环。对试验的10种抗菌素的敏感性有所不同,在水培试验中,HN11、HN12对三个花生品种的结瘤、固氮能力分别较85-7、12-5强。

Abstract:The genetic engineered peanut rhizobial strains HN11. HN12 and 85-7, 12-5 could utilize all of the 10 carbon sources tested, produce acid and serum on Litmus milk Liquefied gelatin and slow different senstitivity to the 10 kinds of Antibiotics tested. In axenic solution culture, the genetic engineered strans HN11 and HN12 showed higher ability in nodulation and nitrogen fixation than strains 85-7 and 12-5.
