芒果炭疽病菌生防细菌的筛选,鉴定及生防潜能的初步研究

摘    要:从热带作物,果树,蔬菜的叶,果上和根系周围土壤中分离到了110个芽孢杆菌分离物,以炭疽病菌-芽隐杆菌对峙培养法筛选出拮抗力较强的Ba24,Ba6和Ba23。经形态特征,培养特性和生理生化性状的测定,这3株芽孢杆菌被鉴定为桔芽孢杆菌。抑菌谱的测定结果表明,这3株芽孢杆菌为广谱性的拮抗菌。经离心,过滤,除去菌体后的Ba24,Ba,Ba23的培养滤液对芒果炭疽病菌的菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发均有较好的抑制作

Abstract:110 isolates were obtained from the leaves,fruits and the soils close to the roots of tropical crops,fruit trees and vegetables,and placed under the fungus-bacteria pairing culture. Ba24,Ba6 and Ba23 were found to have a strong antagonism to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,and they were identified as Bacillus subtilis from their morphological features,cultural characteristics and physiological-biochemical properties. Their fungistatic spectra were observed wide. Filtrates obtained from the fermented liquids of these three isolates by means of centrifuge and filtration showed a strong inhibition to the mycelial growth and conidia germination of C. gloeosprioides and hence a good potential for bio controlling of anthracnose diseases.
