摘    要:为解决辊轴式虾剥壳设备自适应性不强的问题,设计一种辊轴间隙不需要调整的虾剥壳装置。在剥壳过程中,虾进入两辊轴形成的V型槽,利用摩擦力将虾壳拉向相向转动的辊轴之间,辊轴受到虾壳的正压力产生挠度变形,虾壳从变形的间隙中通过。本文对虾剥壳过程进行了受力分析,并建立了包含辊轴半径、辊轴分布、摩擦系数等参数的虾剥壳评价数学模型,可对虾剥壳率和虾仁完整度等指标进行评价,为辊轴式虾剥壳设备的开发设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the self-adaptability of the shrimp shelling equipment with roller shaft is not strong,a shelling device with roller shaft clearance not needing to be adjusted is designed.In the process of shelling,the shrimp enters the V-shaped groove formed by two roller shafts.The shrimp shell is pulled to the two opposite rotating roller shafts by friction force.The roller shaft is deflected and deformed by the positive pressure of the shrimp shell,and the shrimp shell passes through the deformation gap.In this discourse,the stress analysis of shrimp shelling process was carried out,and a mathematical model of shrimp shelling evaluation including roll radius,roll distribution,friction coefficient and other parameters was established.It can be used to evaluate shrimp shelling rate and shrimp integrity,which can be a reference for the development and design of roll shelling equipment.
