| 摘 要： | 坚持依法治国的法治理念,是构建和谐社会的基本保障。本文论述了构建和谐社会,坚持依法治理理念,应该坚持的八个方面的原则,即人民主权原则、人权保障原则、法律至上原则、法律平等原则、司法独立原则、权力制约原则、依法行政原则、依法执政原则。
