植物组织培养技术在抗玉米小斑病育种中的应用

植物组织培养技术的飞速发展为植物的抗病虫及抗逆育种开辟了新的广阔前景。利用致病毒素筛选抗病突变体是一快速有立的抗病育种途径。本文综述了目前国内外利用玉米小斑病菌毒素筛选抗病突变体的进展情况,并提出了建立筛选体系过程中应注意的问题及今后的工作方向。

The Advances on Applying the Techniques of Plant Tissue Culture to SCLB-Resistant Plant Breeding

The great improvement of techniques in plant tissue culture opens up a broad range of methods to the breeding program of plants resistant to disease, insects and adversities. Using pathotoxins in selecting diseaseresistant mutants is a rapid and effective approach for disease-resistant breeding. This paper reviewed the advancement in the field of using the pathotoxin of Helminthosporium maydis to select the SCLB-resistant mutants all over the world. It has indicated the key problems which occur during the setting up of a selection system, and also presented the auther's view of the researching direction that should be conducted in the future.
