白马雪山自然保护区生物多样性及其保护对策

白马雪山系国家级自然保护区 ,地处三江并流核心区 ,是中国多样性保护具有全球意义的关键区域之一 ,也是世界自然基金会列出的全世界 2 4个重点生态地理区之一。其生物多样性包括生态多样性、物种多样性 ,均为全国罕见 ,然而目前生物多样性受到威胁 :栖息地缩小和破碎、掠夺式过度利用、偷猎、盗伐、自然灾害。限制 :管理机构不健全、缺乏明确的保护目标、技术力量薄弱、经费不足、与相关部门协调不够、资源本底不清、宣传教育不够等。针对以上情况 ,提出了今后保护对策

Bio-diversity and Protection Strategy of Baima Snow Mountains Nature Reserve

Baima Snow Mountains Nature Reserve, which is located in the core area of Nu River, Mekong River and Yangtze River, is a state nature reserve, one of the most important areas for global significance and one of the 24_global_important_ecological_topographic_areas. The bio_diversity such as eco_diversity and species_diversity is very rare in China. Whereas the bio_diversity is under threaten due to shrinking habitat, fragmentation, over utilization, poaching, illegal cutting and natural disasters. There are also many restricts such as unhealthy managing organization, unclear projection objective, weak technology, insufficient fund, unclear basic resources and poor public awareness. Aiming at these problems, Some protection strategies were put forward.
