| 摘 要： | L-肉碱是一种类维生素制品,主要功能是参与动物体内脂肪酸代谢,作为载体将长链脂肪酸从线粒体膜外输送到膜内促进脂肪酸的β-氧化,将脂肪酸氧化并释放能量。L-肉碱也可以作为饲料添加剂,可提高动物的生产性能和瘦肉率,并降低脂肪含量,改善肉质,其应用前景十分广阔。文章就L-肉碱的特性、生理功能及其在猪生产中的研究作以综述。

| Abstract: | L-carnitine is a kind of vitamin products, and its main function is to participate in metabolism of fatty acid in animals that as a carrier to transfer long chain fatty acids from mitochondrial membrane outside to promote offl-oxidation of fatty acid in the film, and to oxidize fatty acids to release energy. L-carnitine has very broad appli- cation prospect that it also can be used as an additive added in animal feed to improve the lean meat percentage and production performance of animal, reduce the fat content, improve the meat quality. This article summaried the char- acteristics of L-earnitine, physiological function, and research in pig production. |
