微囊化技术在饲用微生态制剂中的应用

摘    要:微生物在畜禽生产中发挥重要的生理作用,但其在不良环境下极易失活,丧失益生的功能。微囊化技术是一种迅速发展的高新技术,具有保护芯材的功能,可改善芯材在加工或宿主体内定植的有效性,微囊化技术应用于微生态制剂的领域越来越广泛。文章综述了微囊化技术的发展、功能特性及在饲料微生态制剂中的应用。

Abstract:The health benefits provided by probiotics have led to poultry industry. However, several factors have been reported to affect the viability. With the increasing use of microencapsulation in the probiotics field, it has been defined as a technology that can enhance the viability during fermentation, precessing and utilization in commercial products. This paper summarized the progress and functional characterstics, the application of microen- capsulation in feed probiotics.
