| 摘 要： | 微乳能够提高药物溶解度,作用于皮肤角质层、皮肤附属器进而促进药物的透皮吸收,影响药物透皮吸收的因素主要是微乳中的各个组分以及所承载的药物特性。微乳用于经皮给药制剂将会有更广阔的应用前景和发展空间。文章综述了微乳透皮给药的吸收机制以及影响微乳透皮吸收的因素。

| Abstract: | Microemulsion can improve drug solubility, microemulsion capable of acting on the stratum corneum, thereby promoting the role of microemulsion transdermal skin appendages, the main factors affecting the absorption of the various components of the microemulsion and medicinal properties are hosted. Microemulsion formulations for transdermal administration will have a more broad application prospects and development. This paper summarized the microemulsion percutaneous absorption mechanism and the factors affecting the administration of microemulsion transdermal absorption. |
