酵母细胞壁水解物对断奶仔猪生产性能和腹泻率的影响

试验选用(20±2)d的杜×长×大三元杂交健康仔猪54头,按体重相近的原则随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。试验期为20~60日龄,各组仔猪于(28±2)d同期断奶。试验Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂不含抗生素的仔猪开食料(基础日粮),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组在对照组的基础上分别添加酵母细胞壁水解物0.1%和0.2%,3组均在相同的饲养管理条件下进行。结果表明,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组平均日增重分别比对照组提高5.71%和6.06%;试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组料重比分别比对照组降低4.23%和4.76%;试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的腹泻率分别比对照组降低16.6%和50%。说明酵母细胞壁水解物可以提高断奶仔猪的日增重,降低腹泻率,是一种安全无公害的保健型生物制剂。

Effects of Yeast Cell Wall Polysaccharides on Growth Performance and Diarrhea Rate of Weaned Pigs

Fifty four （20±2）-days-old piglets were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in accordance with the similarity weight, all pigs in three groups were weaned at （28±2）-days-old. Regard group I as control group, which was fed pig starter diets without antibiotics; group Ⅱ and group m respectively fed with the same diets which added 0.1% and 0.2% yeast cell wall polysaecharide. There were the same diets, feeding and man- agement in the three groups. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of yeast cell wall polysaccha- rides on growth performance, and diarrhea rate of weaned pigs. The results indicate that the ADG of group Ⅱ and group m were higher than group Ⅰ 5.71% and 6.06%, respectively; The Feed to gain ratio of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were higher than group Ⅰ4.23% and 4.76%, respectively; the diarrhea rate of group Ⅱ and group m were lower than group Ⅰ 16.6% and 50%. The yeast cell wall polysaccharides is a safty and healthy animal feed additive which can improve the growth performance, reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned pigs.
