摘    要:近年来磺胺类药物被广泛应用于食源性动物的饲养中,但不合理使用很容易造成其在动物组织中残留,对人体健康有很大危害,因此,对磺胺类药物的残留检测势在必行。文章对磺胺类药物的残留检测方法进行了总结,其检测方法包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、液质联用分析法、气质联用分析法、微生物检测法、胶体金免疫层析法、免疫分析法、分子印迹法等。

Abstract:In recent years, sulfonamide is widely used in foodborne animal breeding, but unreasonable use easi- ly causes sulfonamide residue in animal tissue, which causes great harm to us. So sulfonamide residue detection in feeds and edible animal products is imperative. This paper mainly summarized sulfonamide residue detection meth- ods, including high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatogra- phy-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, microbial detection, colloidal gold immune chro- matography, immunoassay, molecular imprinting technology, etc.
