民营经济发展环境分析与发展机遇探讨

首先从政治、经济、法律、人文观念等方面对我国民营经济发展环境进行SWOT分析,然后提出目前民营经济发展的三大机遇,即积极、理智地参与国有中小型企业的改制;沿海民营企业与西部进行优势互补,以管理要素参股参与西部大开发;充分利用资源,参与东北老工业基地的振兴。

The Analysis of Private Economy's Development Environment and Major Opportunities

Based on SWOT method, China's private economic development environment was analyzed from political, economic, law and human concept. Then, three major development opportunities were proposed for private enterprises: actively and reasonably participate in the reform of the small and medium size state-run enterprises; the coastal private enterprises should use their supremacy to bring a mutual support to the ones of the west, use key management factors to participate in investment and development of country's western area; fully make use of the available resources to participate in the dynamic development of the north-east old industrial base.
