摘    要:为了降低高良姜损伤率,在高良姜的收获和运输等各个环节必须充分考虑其压缩力学特性。为此,以成熟期高良姜为研究对象,运用RGM-3005型电子万能材料试验机,在5种不同加载速率下对5种不同含水率的高良姜进行压缩试验,测得高良姜载荷-位移曲线,以及高良姜屈服极限、弹性模量等数据。同时,分析其力学特性的变化规律,得到高良姜加载方向、加载速度和含水率等对高良姜力学特性的影响,为高良姜的收获和运输、加工储存装备的设计和优化改进提供必要的理论基础。

Abstract:In order to reduce the damage rate of galangal,the compressive mechanical properties of galangal must be fully considered in the harvesting and transportation.In this paper,mature galangal with five different moisture content was tested by RGM-3005 electronic universal material testing machine at five different loading speed.The load-displacement curve,yield limit and elastic modulus of galangal were measured.At the same time,the changing law of mechanical properties of galangal was analyzed,and the effects of loading direction,loading speed and moisture content on mechanical properties of galangal were obtained,which provided the necessary theoretical basis for the the design and optimization equipment of galangal of processing,harvesting,transportation and storage.
