摘    要:针对自动采棉机的电机在作业过程中较难控制的问题,对自动采棉机进行了设计,并对其电机的永磁性能进行了分析。自动采棉机的主要组成为主控模块、电源管理模块、存储模块、数据采集模块、路径规划模块和执行模块。采棉机的电机采用双凸极永磁电机,通过对电机的结构进行简化,对电机进行等效磁路模型分析和磁导的计算,对电机的永磁性能进行了分析。为验证该自动采棉机的永磁性能和采棉性能,对其进行试验。试验得到了电机的永磁性能曲线,表明自动采棉机采棉效果良好,能够满足用户的需求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of motor difficult to control of the automatic cotton picker,the automatic cotton picker was designed and its function parameter of the permanent magnet was analyzed.The automatic cotton picker was constituted of master control module,power management module,memory module,data acquisition module,path planning module and executive module.The motor of the automatic cotton picker adopts the double salient permanent magnet motor.The motor was analyzed to the equivalent magnetic circuit model and calculated to the permeance by simplifying the motor structure.To verify the performance of the motor and the cotton picker,the experiment was conducted.The experiment got the permanent magnet performance curve,and the results show that the performance of the motor is well.The automatic cotton picker could realize the requirement of automatic picking cotton.
