摘    要:以黄瓜叶片为研究材料提取基因组DNA并进行了AFLP扩增。对影响AFLP分析体系的关键因素进行了比较和优化,探索出适宜黄瓜的DNA提取方法,并建立了AFLP分析体系,得到了较为清晰可辨的AFLP指纹图谱,为进行黄瓜的遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建和基因定位等研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Genomic DNA was extracted from cucumber leaves and AFLP was carried out with the DNA.The important factors affecting the AFLP analysis system were compared and optimized.A better procedure for DNA extraction and AFLP analysis of cucumber was suggested.And a distinct electrophoretogram from the AFLP amplification could be showed.By means of AFLP analysis system,genetic diversity,map construction and gene location of cucumber could be studied.
