贵州少数民族贫困乡农民观念转变的影响因素

农民观念落后是农村持续贫困的根源之一，本文通过对竹园乡农户的抽样调查，分析了竹园乡西部五村居民生育观念、消费观念、商品观念、投资观念等现状的影响因素，探讨农村贫困落后的根源，提出转变农民观念、摆脱盆困的对策措施：解决人口与经济的矛盾：控制人口增长；加强剩余劳动力的培训；发展卫生事业；引导农导树立先进的文化价值观；提高农民收入；增加农户家庭积累，以促进贫困地区的经济发展。

A study on affective factor of changing on Peasant's Mind in typical minority andpoverty-stricken rural area in Guizhou

Laying behind of Peasant's Minds is one of the key factors of sustained poverty in rural area. This article has studied on the status quo and affective factor of bearing minds, consuming minds,commodizing minds and investing minds of the residents who live in the five villages on the western part of Zhuyuan through chopping check on the peasant household in and it has inquired into the cause of poverty in rural area. For altering the Peasant's Minds and lead the people breaking away from poverty as quickly as possible so as to promote the increase of economy in rural area the present paper suggests some pohsible: counter-measures as belewings solving confict between population and economy;controlling population growth; strengthening the training of surplus labour;developing sanitation enterprise; guiding peasant's setting up advanced culture and value;promoting peasant's income;increasing wealth.of peasant's family.
