摘 要: | [目的]探索抗生素长期低剂量浓度刺激对致病菌耐药性产生的影响。[方法]以盐酸四环素为例,对1株鳖源嗜水气单胞菌开展抗生素耐药诱导试验。用盐酸四环素亚抑菌浓度(1/2MIC)持续4代(每代诱导72 h)刺激1株鳖源嗜水气单胞菌。[结果]这株嗜水气单胞菌对四环素由敏感转至耐药。[结论]四环素亚抑菌浓度长期刺激对致病菌有较强的致耐药作用。该研究对养殖用药具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: | Objective j To investigate resistance induction of pathogenic bacteria treated with low dose antibiotics' continuous stimulation. [ Method] An Aeiomonas hydrophila strain isolated from soft-shelled turtle was cultivated after 4 sequential subcultures in sub-inhibitory concen- trations of Tetracycline. [ Result] Aeror, wnas hydrophila was induced drug tolerance. [ Conclusion] Low dose Tetracycline's continuous stimula- tion could produce resistance induction of pathogenic bacteria, the study has a guiding significance for the use of antibiotic drugs in aquaculture. |
