摘    要:目的]分析水稻抗病初期miRNA及靶基因的表达情况。方法]运用Affymetrix基因表达谱芯片及miRNA芯片对接种稻瘟菌的水稻进行关联分析,通过分子注释系统平台(MAS 3.0)对差异表达miRNA靶基因的功能进行注释分析。结果]研究显示表达差异以Fold change绝对值大于1.5倍进行筛选,共筛选到41个miRNA,与靶基因存在调控关系的有25个。结论]水稻抗病初期存在表达差异的miRNA,一些靶基因在水稻抗病反应中起关键作用。

The Expression of Rice MicroRNA Response to Blast Fungus Stress

Abstract:Abstract Objective ] To investigate the responsive functions of rice miRNAs and mRNA under blast fungus stress Method ] miRNA and mR- NA expression in blast fungus-stressed rice were profiled using two microarray assay. Go (Gene Ontology) analyses were conducted on differenti- ally expressed genes using a free web-based Molecular Annotation System 3.0 (MAS 3.0). Result ] A total of 41 blast-responsive miRNA at a one point five-fold filter were identified. In addition, the mRNA levels of some targets were negatively correlated with the corresponding the 25 miRNAs under rice blast stress.
