摘    要:益阳是黑茶的主要产地之一。通过对益阳黑茶原料主产区的黑毛茶样品分析,表明黑毛茶氟含量与原料嫩度呈负相关,适当提高原料嫩度和进行合理拼配是解决黑茶氟含量偏高的主要途径。

Abstract:Yiyang is one of the main tea producing place in Hunan.Through the analysis on dark tea raw material from Yiyang producing places,the result indicated that Fluoride contend is negatively relevant to the tenderness of raw material.Consequnently tenderness of raw material and appropriate blending of raw material is necessary in lowering flouorid content in Dark Tea.
