底盘集中润滑系统智能控制器设计

摘    要:为了克服现有底盘集中润滑系统控制器的弊端,提出了一种基于PIC单片机的智能控制器。通过该控制器设定润滑周期和监控时间,配油器设定加脂量,可实现定时定量自动加脂和故障检测功能。应用试验表明,该智能控制器可满足底盘集中润滑系统工作的需要。

Abstract:A smart controller based on PIC single chip microprocessor was presented to overcome existing shortcoming of chassis centralized lubrication system controller.By means of controller settings for lubrication period and monitor time and oil distributor setting for greasing,timing and quantitative auto greasing and fault alarm function were realized.Application experiments indicated that this smart controller could meet operation demand of chassis centralized lubrication system.
