青贮添加剂研究进展

摘    要:青贮发酵过程是一个复杂的微生物活动和生物化学变化过程,青贮添加剂根据其作用效果,可分为5类:发酵促进型添加剂、发酵抑制型添加剂、好氧性变质抑制剂、营养型添加剂、吸收剂。本文详细地阐述了各类添加剂的作用机制、添加效果及其影响因素。并对近年来的研究和应用现状进行了总结,提出了今后青贮添加剂的发展方向。

Abstract:The conservation of forage crops by ensiling is accompanied by a multitude of microbiological and biochemical changes,and the effects of the various categories of silage additives,stimulants,inhibitors,aerobic deterioration inhibitors,nutrients and absorbents on these factors are discussed.It explains the principle of function,effect of addition and the factors of infection of all kinds of additives in the report.In the end,the present applying conditions are reviewed and put forward the direction of development of silage additives in the future.
