摘    要:[目的]为研究水杨酸等化学药剂对桔梗切花的保鲜效应,提高桔梗切花的观赏价值和经济价值。[方法]采用蒸馏水、水杨酸(SA)、8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐(8-HQC)、蔗糖等化学药剂配制了3种保鲜剂(蒸馏水为对照),其中设置了3种不同浓度的水杨酸配方。[结果]结果表明,3种保鲜剂配方在促进桔梗切花花朵开放、切花吸水、增大花径、维持切花水分平衡几个方面均优于对照(蒸馏水),筛选出水杨酸的最佳浓度为50 mg/L,组合配方为:20 g/L Suc+200 mg/L 8-HQC+50 mg/L SA+2g/L CaCl2。[结论]该配方处理的桔梗切花瓶插寿命长、花色好、花蕾开放率提高。
