| 摘 要： | ［目的］为研究水杨酸等化学药剂对桔梗切花的保鲜效应,提高桔梗切花的观赏价值和经济价值。［方法］采用蒸馏水、水杨酸（SA）、8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐（8-HQC）、蔗糖等化学药剂配制了3种保鲜剂（蒸馏水为对照），其中设置了3种不同浓度的水杨酸配方。［结果］结果表明，3种保鲜剂配方在促进桔梗切花花朵开放、切花吸水、增大花径、维持切花水分平衡几个方面均优于对照（蒸馏水），筛选出水杨酸的最佳浓度为50 mg/L,组合配方为：20 g/L Suc＋200 mg/L 8-HQC＋50 mg/L SA＋2g/L CaCl2。［结论］该配方处理的桔梗切花瓶插寿命长、花色好、花蕾开放率提高。
