| 摘 要： | 以愈组织的诱导率，颜色，质地，生长速度为指标，通过对９个小麦品种（系）在Ｃ１７和培养基上的培养对比试验，发现除９１３品系外，其余小麦品种（系）在Ｃ１７的愈伤的组织诱导率高于癸培基上培养的诱导率，但从愈伤组织的颜色，质地，生长速度方面考查愈伤组织的质量，在癸培养上诱导产生的愈伤组织的质量较Ｃ１７培养基上的好，最后还讨论了两种培养基的改进方法。

| Abstract: | The comparative exporiment of anthar culture of 9 Wheat Varieties(strains)On both C17 and Kuimedia were carried out using the induction freauency,colour,texture and growth rate of callus as indexes.The re-sults showed that the induction frequencies on C17 medium for all wheat varieties(strains)but 913 strain were hih-er than on Kui medium,but callus qualities on Kui medium were better than on C17 medium using colour,texture and growth rate of callus as qualitative indexes;finally the improvement of the two media were discussed |
