花楸种子变温催芽处理的研究

摘    要:花楸是一种重要的观赏树种,具有重要的经济价值。花楸种子具有生理休眠特性,导致催芽时间长,发芽率低,幼芽长势弱,通常种子处理需要70~90 d,发芽率仅在40%~50%。通过试验采用两段或三段的变温处理花楸种子,催芽时间缩短至60~65 d,发芽率提高到82%~84%。

Abstract:Mountain ash is a main landscape tree and has important economic value. The seed of mountain ash has resting characteristic which result in the time of hestening sporut increasing pullulate rate decreasing and young hods growing slowly. As a rule the time of hastening sprout take 70~90 d,pullulate rate is at 40%450%. The study used two or three phase with changing temperature to hasten sprout, we got the time decrease to 60~65 d, pullulate rate increase to 80%~82%.
