优质小麦氮肥分期施用的农业和生理效率

摘    要:在肥力较高的土壤上,进行了优质小麦氮肥分期(基施、苗期、拔节初期和后期等4个时期)施用的农业效率和生理效率试验。结果表明,拔节初期施用氮肥,全麦蛋白质和贮存性蛋白质的农业效率和生理效率都高于基肥。对贮存性蛋白质的组分分析结果看出,拔节肥不仅增加蛋白质数量,同时提高其质量;基肥效果次之,苗肥增加蛋白质数量较多但其质量较差。

Abstract:The agricultural and physiological efficiencies of nitrogen applied at different stages of a good quality wheat were studied. Results indicated that the agricultural and physiological efficiencies of nitrogen applied at early elongation stage were higher than those of nitrogen applied as basal in incresing whole grain protein and storage protein. The nitrogen fertilizer applied at elongation stage increased not only the quantity but also the quality of grain protein. While the nitrogen applied at tillering stage increased the quantity of protein but the quality of protein decreased.
