| 摘 要： | 烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的寄主范围相当广泛,给农业生产带来重大损失,加强对该病毒的检测具有重要意义。在查阅近年来国内外文献的基础上,总结了对烟草花叶病毒的检测方法如直接观测法、电子显微镜检测法、生物学测定法、血清学检测和分子生物学检测法等的研究进展。随着植物种质资源的引进和生态条件的改变,对检测TMV方法提出了更高的要求,因此在实际应用中要综合运用各种检测方法提高检测的准确性。

Research Progress on Detection Methods of Tobacco Mosaic Virus |

| Abstract: | Tobacco Mosaic Virus ( TMV ) has a wide range of host , and it could bring great loss to agricultural production. It has an important significance in strengthening the detection of the virus.Based on reviewing recent literatures , the detection methods of tobacco mosaic virus were summarized in this paper , such as direct observation method , electron microscopy , biology , serology and molecular biology detection. With the introduction of seed resources and change of ecological conditions , the higher requirement of TMV detection was needed. In the practical application , it should combine different detection methods to improve the accuracy of detection. |
