映山红扦插繁育试验

摘    要:以映山红杜鹃为试材,通过正交试验方法,研究了不同浓度IAA、NAA、IBA和扦插基质不同配比对映山红扦插成活率和生根的影响。结果表明:生根剂、生根剂浓度和扦插基质对映山红扦插成活率和根长有显著影响,对生根条数影响差异不显著,采用IBA处理平均成活率达到83.44%,100 mg·kg-1浓度的生根剂平均成活率达80.22%,扦插基质椰糠:草炭=1:1比例平均成活率达88.78%。综上所述,椰糠:草炭=1:1的扦插基质配合使用100mg·kg-1IBA时,映山红扦插成活率最佳,可以推广运用。

Cutting Propagation of Rhododendron simsii Planch
Abstract:R. simsii Planch was used as experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of IAA,IBA,NAA,and different proportions of cutting matrix on the cutting survival rate and rooting rate of R. simsii Planch were studied by the orthogonal experiment design method. The results showed that rooting agent and its concentration and cutting matrix had significant effects on the survival rate and root length of R. simsii Planch,but the difference in effects on rooting number was not obvious,the average survival rate was 83.44% afer IBA treatment,up to 80.22% for the concentration of 100 mg·kg-1,and 88.78% in cutting matrix (coconut chaff: peat =1:1). In conclusion,the cutting survival rate of R. simsii Planch was the best when the combination was IBA+100 mg·kg-1+coconut chaff:peat=1:1,so it could be recommended to apply for promotion.
