Effects of Density on Agronomic Characters and Main Cannabinoid Content of Hemp |

Abstract: | Under field conditions, Hanma 7 was used as experimental material. We studied The effect of density on agronomic characters and main cannabinoids content of hemp. The results showed that the stem diameter, number of branches, mosaic dry weight per plant, stem dry weight per plant and root dry weight per plant decreased with the increase of planting density. The plant height and branch height increased with the increase of planting density. There was significant difference between low-density population (P2.0) and high-density population (P0.8). The planting density had little effect on the content of CBD, THC and CBG. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between THC content and CBD content.With the decrease of planting density, the yield of hemp increased first and then decreased. When the density was 7693 plants/hm2, the mosaic yield of hemp was the highest. |
