城市污泥腐植酸有机肥油菜大田试验研究

以漳州东墩生活污水处理厂的城市污泥为原料,利用超声辅助碱破解法提取腐植酸,添加到鸡粪中制备污泥腐植酸有机肥,并开展油菜大田试验研究。结果表明,污泥腐植酸有机肥做底肥能够提高油菜可溶性糖、维生素Ｃ含量,降低硝酸盐的含量,从而提升油菜品质,但不会对油菜产生重金属累积危害。污泥腐植酸有机肥具有较好的培肥效应,可提高土壤有机质及全磷和全氮含量,短期施用之后不会造成土壤重金属污染。这为污泥腐植酸有机肥油菜等蔬菜种植中推广使用提供了实验依据。

Study on Oilseed Rape Field Experiment with Humic Acid Organic Fertilizer from Municipal Sludge

Using the urban sludge of Zhangzhou Dongdun domestic sewage treatment plant as raw material, humic acid is extracted by ultrasonic assisted alkali cracking method, and added to chicken manure to prepare sludge humic acid organic fertilizer, and oilseed rape field experiment is carried out in this study. The results have showed that sludge humic acid organic fertilizer as base fertilizer could increase the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C, reduce the content of nitrate, and thus improve the quality of oilseed rape, but dose not cause heavy metal cumulative harm to oilseed rape. Sludge humic acid organic fertilizer has a good fertilizer effect, which can increase the content of organics, total phosphorus and nitrogen in soil, and not cause soil heavy metal pollution after short-term application. These provide the experimental basis for the popularization and application of sludge humic acid organic fertilizer in oilseed rape and other vegetable planting.
