摘    要:职业学校发展初期,教学设备、师资力量、生源质量都比较差,教学过程中出现“学习难”“教学难”“管理难”的现象。在对该现象分析后,提出新形势下班级管理的指导思想,引导学生提高培养自觉性与责任感,教师转变教学观念的一些看法,使教学活动达到乐教乐学、善教善学、会教会学的境界。

Abstract:In initial period of development of vocational school,teaching equipment,teachers strength and quality of student source are all not good.The difficulty phenomenon of study,teaching and management appears in the teaching process.After analyzed it,this paper put forward the guidelines about the management of class which would guide student to enhance their self-consciousness and the sense of responsibility and could make teacher transform their teaching ideas under this new situation.Which would make the teaching activity to achieve a new realm.It would be happy,easy and good to teach and study.
