大孔树脂纯化青钱柳多糖的研究

摘    要:研究了8种树脂对青钱柳多糖的静态吸附性能,筛选出一种吸附较好的树脂,并利用柱层析进行青钱柳多糖的纯化研究。结果表明:D301R树脂对青钱柳多糖吸附量最大;D301R树脂在吸附液30℃,pH为7,浓度为4mg/mL,吸附流度为1.5mL/min时吸附较强;用0.4mol/L氯化钠洗脱效果最好,洗脱率可达到82.12%。

Abstract:Eight kinds of macroporous resins adsorption property had been investigated in isolating and purifying polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal)Ijinskaja(C.paliurus).The D301R ion exchange resin was selected for purification of polysaccharide.The results showed that the absorption rate of D301R was the highest in eight macroporous resins,elution solvent was 0.4 mol/L NaCl,the recovery rate was 82.12%.
