| 摘 要： | 对铁路建设项目进行社会经济环境影响评价，是实现铁路与经济协调发展的重要手段。选用灰色关联系数法，对铁路建设项目及沿线地区社会经济的影响程度进行分析，其结果有助于评价铁路建设项目所带来的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Socioeconomic environmental impact assessment of railway construction projects is an important means to realize concordant development between railway and economics.The degree of socioeconomic effects produced on the line district imposed by railway construction projects is analyzed by means of grey correlation method.The result would be useful to evaluate the economic benefits brought by railway construction projects. |
