明矾注射液在家兔体内的药物代谢动力学

摘    要:2%的明矾注射液对氰化物中毒具有很好的治疗和解救作用,但是在家兔体内药物动力学研究未见报道.本研究证明在试验条件下明矾在家兔体内的消除半衰期(t1/2)为(2.6797±0.6042)h,体清除率(CLB)为(0.5026±0.0116)dL/(kg·h),表观分布容积(Vd)为(1.9452±0.3371)dL/kg,说明明矾注射液代谢较快,在家兔体内分布范围窄.临床用于治疗动物氰化物中毒时,宜反复给药,直至症状消失为止.

Abstract:The 2% alum injection has good treat ment and rescue action for poisoning of cyanide,but the pharmaco kinetics of it has not been reported.This studies proved that the half life(t1/2)was (2.6797±0.6042)h,body clearance was(0.5026±0.0116)dL/(kg·h)and pparent volume of distribution was(1.9452±0.3371)dL/kg.It was indicated that the alum injection metabolized quickly and distribution was narrow in the rabbit body.It shoud administe repeatedly until symptoms disappeared in clinical treatment of animals poisoning of cyanide.
