| 摘 要： | 甘薯是旱农区耐旱高产作物，在浮山试区选择甘薯这一资源广泛、营养价值高、开发利用前景广阔的高产作物为突破口，研究适合甘薯加工的各种新技术，加工开发甘薯系列产品，以求达到农业高效协调持续发展的目标。

Study on Planting and Processing Sweet Potato in Dryland Area |

| Abstract: | Sweet-potato, as a high yield and drought resistant crop, was planted and processedin Fushan county, a semiarid area. The techniques for processing sweet - potato were studiedand the corresponding serious products were developed. Those techiques were regarded as thebreakthrough for the aim to realize high effective, coordinary and sustainable develOPment ofagriculture in this area. |
