甘薯微茎尖组织培养技术研究

摘    要:在甘薯微茎尖组织培养中,材料消毒选择0.05%HgCl2溶液,时间9-10分钟,培养基琼脂浓度0.7%较为适宜。茎尖分化培养首选激素6-BA,浓度为0.25-2mg/L,或NAA0.01mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+GA30.1mg/L,成苗率可达85%左右。

A Study on the Cultural Technique of Sweet Potato Micro-stem Tip
Abstract:During the culture of sweet potato micro-stem tip, the materials were sterilized with 0. 05%HgCl2 solution for 9 ~ 10 minutes. The concentration of medium was 0.7%. At the stage of differentiation of stem tip, 6 - BA was the first choice and its concentration was 0.25 ~ 2mg/L, or NAA 0.01mg/L+ 6 - BA0. 5mg/L + GA3 0. 1mg/L can be the substitute. The survival rate of seedling could reach8590 or so.
