摘    要:切碎器是切碎机的主要工作部件,其设计与使用得好坏,对切碎机的工作性能影响极大.本文研究了直刃斜装滚刀式切碎器切碎饲草所需功率,提出了一种功耗最低的优化方法,能够选择合理的参数.以达到较好的切碎性能.

Abstract:Cutting device is the main parts of cutting machine. The design and usage of cutting device have a grent effect on its working function. The article made a research of the power which straight edge slanting installing, rolling and cutting device needs to cut up forage grass, advanced an optimun method of consuming the least power. It can make one choose suitable parameter and achieve quite good performance of cutting.
