黑苞橐吾挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

目的:通过研究黑苞橐吾挥发油的化学成分,为黑苞橐吾的开发利用提供理论依据.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黑苞橐吾挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定.结果:共鉴定出65个化合物,鉴定出的化合物含量占总挥发油的76.75%.黑苞橐吾挥发油主要成分为:[E,E,E]-3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,3,6,10,14-十六碳五烯(相对含量为5.19%);2-[1-环戊-1-烯炔-1-甲基乙基]环戊酮(4.38%);[1S-[1α,3aβ,4α,8aβ]]-4,8,8-三甲基-9-亚甲基-十氢1,4-甲醇薁(4.10%);D-柠檬烯(4.02%);[2R-[2α,4aα,8aβ]]-十氢-α,α,4a-三甲基-8-亚甲基-2-甲醇基萘(3.93%);正三十四烷(3.49%);3-[1,1-二甲基丙-2-烯-7-羟基香豆素(3.03%);石竹烯氧化物(2.72%);5β,7β-H,10α-11-桉叶烯-1α-醇(2.66%);4[10]-崖柏烯(2.56%).

Abstract：

In order to provide the useful information for the reasonable utilization of Ligularia melanocephala, the essential oils of the herb were extracted with steam distillation and separated with GC capillary columns. The components were quantitatively determined with the normalization method and identified with GC-MS. A total of 62 components were identified, accounting for 75.66% of the total contents of essential oils. The main components of the essential oils were [E, E, E]-3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadeca-1,3,6,10, 14-pentaene, 2-[1-Cyclopent-1-enyl-1-methylethyl] cyclopentanone, 1,4-Methanoazulene, decahydro-4,8, 8-trimethyl-9-methylene, [1S-[1. alpha. , 3a. beta. , 4. alpha. , 8a. beta. ]]), D-Limonene, 2-Naphthalenemethanol, decahydro-. alpha.,. alpha., 4a-trimethyl-8-methylene-, [2R-[2. alpha., 4a. alpha.,8a. beta. ]], n-Tetratriacontane, 7-Hydroxy-3-[1,1-dimethylprop 2-enyl] coumarin, Caryophyllene oxide,5. beta.,7. beta. H, 10. alpha.-Eudesm- 11-en-1. alpha.-ol and 4 [10]-Thujene, accounting 5.19%,4.38%, 4.10%, 4.02%, 3.93%, 3.49%, 3.03%, 2.72%, 2.66% and 2.56% of the total.
