摘    要:以粉带扦插苗为材料,研究了模拟酸雨对其外观形态、光合色素、MDA含量和SOD活性的影响.结果表明:随模拟酸雨pH值降低,粉带扦插苗的叶片平均面积逐渐减少,叶片受害率和MDA含量显著上升,叶绿素a、b含量显著下降,类胡萝卜素含量和SOD活性先上升后下降.结合形态与生理生化指标的变化,粉带能忍受模拟酸雨pH4.0和3.0,但在pH2.0处理下,则产生严重伤害,植株已无法通过自我调节恢复.
Abstract:
This research was conducted to determine the effects of simulated acid rain on the appearance shape,the contents of photosynthetic pigments and MDA,and the activity of SOD in the leaves of Scaevola albida cutting plants.The results showed that compared to the control,the average leaf area decreased gradually,the content of MDA and the foliar damage percent increased significantly,the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b decreased significantly,and the content of carotenoid and the activity of SOD increased firstly and then decreased under acid rain stress.Taking into consideration the changes in morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes,it is concluded that S.albida can tolerate pH value4.0 and 3.0 of simulated acid rain,but it will be injured seriously under pH 2.0,and the plant cannot recover through self-regulation.
