摘    要:对攀西地区不同桑品种干旱胁迫的研究表明,桑树保护酶活性随干旱胁迫的加强而提高,干旱胁迫解除后,保护酶活性恢复正常;抗旱性强的品种比抗旱性弱的品种酶活性增加幅度较大,胁迫解除后酶活性恢复较快.干旱胁迫下,桑叶中可溶性蛋白质含量下降,抗旱性强的品种比抗旱性弱的品种下降幅度小且在胁迫解除后恢复较快.可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量则随着干旱胁迫而提高,抗旱性强的品种比抗旱性弱的品种上升幅度大,且在胁迫解除后含量快速恢复到正常值.干旱胁迫下,桑树叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用率都下降,但抗旱性强的品种仍高于抗旱性弱的品种.
Abstract:
A study was made of different mulberry varieties in the Panzhihua-Xichang area of Sichuan under drought stress. Protective enzyme activities of the varieties rose with intensifying drought stress and re turned to normal levels after drought stress relief. More drought-resistant varieties showed greater increases in enzyme activities and recovered sooner after drought stress relief than less drought-resistant varieties. Under drought stress, soluble protein content in mulberry leaves decreased, and more drought-resistant varieties showed smaller decreases and recovered faster after drought stress relief than less drought-resistant varieties. Soluble sugar and proline contents increased under drought stress; and more drought-resistant varieties showed greater increases and their soluble sugar and proline contents quickly returned to normal levels after drought stress relief. Under drought stress, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water-use rate of mulberry leaves all declined, but more drought-resistant varieties maintained higher rates than less drought-resistant varieties.
