大孔树脂在人参茎叶提取物精制工艺中的作用研究

摘    要:根据人参茎叶总皂甙的理化性质,采用大孔树脂进行分离纯化研究.用单因素考察方法,对大孔树脂类型、无机盐对吸附能力的影响、水洗用量、醇洗浓度、用量进行考察,以人参茎叶总皂甙提取率为评价指标,筛选出大孔树脂分离纯化人参茎叶总皂甙的最佳工艺为:选用D101型大孔树脂,在人参茎叶提取液中加入4%的Na2SO4,吸附速度为100 mL/h,除杂洗脱用水量为120 mL,洗脱剂乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇用量为100 m L.
Abstract:
On the basis of the physicochemical properties of GSLS (ginseng stem and leaf saponin), the author adopted the single-factor method to study the effects of macroporous adsorbing resin and mineral salts on adsorption. With the extraction rate of GSLS as the indicator, the optimum technological parameters were identified as: type of macroporous adsorbing resin: D-101; 4% Na2SO4 added in the fluid of GSLS;rate of absorbing: 100 mL/h; the volume of water for impurity removal 120 mL; ethanol concentration:70% and ethanol volume: 100 mL.
