柑橘花芽分化期结果和未结果树矿质元素和碳水化合物含量变化

摘    要:用石蜡切片法确定温州蜜柑花芽形态分化集中在3月初到4月中旬,同时用H_2SO_4-H_2O_2法分析了8年生和2 年生树体秋春季叶片和茎矿质元素含量,结果表明:结果树茎叶钾含量最高,氮次之,磷和钙较低,花芽分化初期,氮和钾含量均有峰值.未结果树氮峰值较低,钾较高,且峰值时间较迟.用80%乙醇加热法和蒽酮硫酸比色法分析了醇溶性糖,淀粉和全糖含量,结果表明:结果树醇溶性糖含量花芽形态分化前积累其后下降,淀粉含量秋冬和早春较低,花萼原基后上升,总糖含量花芽形态分化前同醇溶性糖相似,形态分化期波动大.未结果树碳水化合物平均含量比结果树高,C/N比值比结果树高41.3%~63.3%.
Abstract:
In order to understand the relationship between flower bud differentiation and nutrition in satsuma orange(Citrus unshiu Marc.)trees,the mineral elements and carbohydrate in the leaves and stems of bearing trees(8-year-old)and non-bearing trees(2-year-old)were measured from September to April.Flower bud differentiation occurred from early March to mid-April.In the leaves and stems of bearing trees K was the highest,followed by N,while P and Ca contents were comparatively low.At the early stage of flower bud differentiation,K and N contents were both up to the highest value.Compared with the bearing trees,the non-bearing trees had lower N peak and higher K peak,which occurred at a later date.The 80%ethanol soluble sugar contents kept increasing until the stage of flower bud formation and declined thereafter.Anthrone and sulfuric acid colorimetry showed that starch content was low from September to early spring and increased at the stage of the interspace of flower bud formation.Total sugar content was similar to the ethanol soluble sugar before flower bud formation.Carbohydrate content in the non-bearing trees was higher than in the bearing trees and the C/N rate was 41.3%~63.3 0% higher.
