ABI1和GPA1在拟南芥生长发育中的作用

摘    要:比较了gpa1-2a、bi1-1、cGα、WsL、er 5种基因型的拟南芥以及abi1-1和gpa1-2a、bi1-1和cGα的杂种纯合体的生长发育情况。结果表明,野生型的Ws发育最为迅速,abi1-1发育则最缓慢;杂种纯合体的发育介于亲本之间,在莲座叶片数上接近于父本,而在莲座半径上接近于母本。

Abstract:We observed and compared five genotypes of Arabidopsis thaliana:gpa1-2,abi1-1,cGα,Ws and Ler,and the growth of abi1-1,gpa1-2,F_1 hybrid of abi1-1 and gpa1-2,and found that wild type Ws grew most rapidly,abi1-1 grew slowly,and the growth speed of F_1 hybrid was between two parents,closer to the male parent in the blade of the lotus throne,but closer to female parent in the radius of the lotus throne.
