氮素用量对玉米籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及产量的影响

摘    要:试验研究了不同施氮水平对春玉米籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及产量的影响。结果表明,籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均呈单峰曲线变化,并且籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性峰值出现在吐丝后21 d(四单19 N200处理在吐丝后28 d);对3个品种来说,N200处理籽粒的酶活性较高,是最佳的氮素处理;籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性与籽粒产量间呈正相关关系,其中吐丝后21、28 d酶活性与籽粒产量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:This reasearch studied the effect of different nitrogen level on the GS activity in grains and the yield of maize.The results showed that dynamics of GS activities had a single-peak curve in the grains of tested varieties,the peak appeared at 21 d after silking.The peak of Sidan19 treated with N200 appeared at 28 d after silking.The GS activities were the highest for the treatment of N200,and it was the best treatment.The GS activities in grains were positively related to the yield.The GS activities at 21,28 d after silking were signifi-cant positively related to the yield.
