小叶杨萎蔫叶片挥发物成分分析

目的]探明小叶杨叶片气味物质的组成及其诱蛾活性成分。方法]以2年生小叶杨叶片为材料，采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取萎蔫叶片中的挥发性物质，并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪（GC—MS）对提取物的组成进行检测。结果]水蒸气馏出物中共舍有甲苯、环庚酮、环己二酮、1，2-环己二酮和邻羟基苯甲醛等16种化合物，其中环庚酮含量最高（相对含量为33．93％），其次为环己二酮（相对含量为31．55％）。结论]小叶杨萎蔫叶片水蒸气溜出物中大部分物质为酮类化合物、醇类化合物、杂环类、醛类、酚类等物质。

Analysis on Volatiles Constituents from Withered Leaves of Populus simonii Carr
