产蛋鸡大肠杆菌病的诊断及致病性大肠杆菌O107的分离与鉴定

河北省某肉鸡场发生产蛋鸡突然死亡和腹泄的疾病，经尸体剖检、病原分离鉴定，确定为产蛋鸡的大肠杆菌病。此菌的血清型为O107。同时分离到阴沟肠杆菌，作者认为阴沟肠杆菌致病力差，但当机体抵抗力降低或有其它病原侵入后，它可继发感染协同致病。鸡致病性大肠杆菌很多，但由血清型O107大肠杆菌致病的报告尚少。通过药敏试验选择庆大霉素，卡那霉素等高敏药物很快使疫情得到平息。

Diagnosis of E.colibacillosis in Layers & Isolation and Identification of Serovar O_(107)

E.coli isolated from the layers characterized by sudden death and diarrhea in a fryer factory in Hebei Province, was diagnosed by the post mortem examination and pathogen isolation and identification. Its serotype is O_(107), which has been rare. Besides Enterobacter cloacae was isolated from the cases, which the author thinks may be of secondary infection to poor husbandry with other pathogens infection although the pathogenicity of E. cloacae is usually moderate. It was showed the E. coli was highly sensitive to Kanamycin and Gentamicin by antibiotic sensitivity testing, the disease can be controlled rapidly by above antibiotic.
