| 摘 要： | 本文在简要回顾棉花辐射诱变遗传育种的研究历史后，从辐射诱变在棉花遗传育种中的作用、棉花辐射诱变中常用的诱变源、棉花的辐射敏感性和诱变效率、棉花的辐射诱变效应及其突变性状的遗传和提高棉花辐射诱变育种效率的方法等方面对棉花辐射诱变育种研究作了较为全面的综述。最后还提出了促进棉花辐射诱变育种工作开展的几点建议

| Abstract: | After brief retrospection the history of studies on induced mutations in cotton breeding by radiation, this paper makes a overall review on studies of radiation-induced mutations in cotton breeding with the following topics: (1)The role of radiation-induced mutations in cotton genetics and breeding. (2)The irradiation sources used in cotton breeding. (3)The radio sensitivities and mutagenic efficiency of cotton. (4)The radiation-induced effects of cotton and the inheritance of induced mutants. (5)The methods of improvement of mutation efficiency in cotton breeding. In addition three pieces of advices are suggested in order to enhance the studies on radiation induced mutations in cotton breeding. |
