鸭肥肝性能的品种差异与杂交效应

本试验研究了狄高鸭、北京鸭、建昌鸭、四川麻鸭以及狄建[狄高(♂♂)×建昌(♀♀)]、狄川[狄高(♂♂)×四川麻鸭(♀♀)]、京川[北京鸭(♂♂)×四川麻鸭(♀♀)]和建川[建昌(♂♂)×四川麻鸭(♀♀)]杂交鸭的肥肝生产性能。结果表明:(1)狄建鸭具有优异的肥肝生产性能,填饲十五日后的肥肝,平均重达269.8克。北京鸭、狄川、狄高、建昌鸭、建川、京川和四川麻鸭则分别为236.6克、230.4克、229.4克、223.4克、217.5克、217.4克、188.4克。(2)肥肝重的杂交优势现象普遍存在。

A STUDY ON FOIE-GRAS PERFORMANCE IN FOUR DUCK BREEDS AND THEIR FOUR CROSSES

Four duck breeds and their four crosses, Pekin(P), Tegel(T), Jianchang(J) and Partrige Sichuan duck (S)and,hybrids of drakes crossed with Jianchang ducks and Partrige Sichuan ducks crossed with Tegel, Jianchang and Pekin drakes resp., were studied tor foie-gras performance. These ducklings wnere divided into two groups reared to 116 and 130 days of age resp. under grazing in the paddy fields. Then they were force-fed for 15 days. The TxJ group is found to be the best cross for foie-gras. The average weight of fatty liver ( 269,8g) is significantly higher than ot.herl breeds and crosses. Morever, no, death took place in this cross during force feeding. There are generally heterosis of foie gras weight in al hybrids. The TxJ group shows high percentage of heterosis (19.2%) and transgressive heterosis (17.6%). It has also been found that nomadizing in thepaddy fields may be a beneficial raising for liver ducks.
