乳铁蛋白牛初乳颗粒增强免疫调节作用的研究

评价乳铁蛋白牛初乳颗粒增强免疫力作用,为该产品提供功能学资料。采用SPF级雌性小鼠,设0.200,0.04,1.200 g/kg(分别相当于人体推荐量的5,10,30倍)3个剂量组,每日1次经口给予小鼠相应浓度的受试样品,连续给样1个月。检测对小鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏器官、ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、DNFB诱导的DTH、溶血空斑数、血清半数溶血值(HC50)、碳廓清能力、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明:细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、NK细胞活性均与对照组有显著差异,认为该乳铁蛋白牛初乳颗粒具有增强免疫力功能效果(P<0.05)。

Studies on the Immunization Regulating Function of Lactoferrin and Bovine Colostrum Particles

The function of enhancing immunity of lactoferrin and bovine colostrum particles was studied. Healthy female mice of SPF were used as the research subjects,setting three dose groups with 0.200,0.04,1.200 g/kg(equivalent to 5 times,10 times,30 times of the recommended intake of human respectively),the mice were given once a day orally with the appropriate concentration of tested samples.Then the weight,thymus,spleen organ,ConA -induced spleen lymphocyte proliferation,DNFB-induced DTH,the number of hemolytic plaque, half of hemolyticserum(HC50),carbon clearance ability,macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, NK cell activity were detected after one month with the tested samples.The cellular immunity,humoral immune function,NK cell activity were significantly difierent from those of the control group,it can be concluded that the lactoferrin and bovine colostrum particles can enhance the immune function.
