松杉灵芝液体培养条件优化试验

摘    要:通过设置不同碳源、氮源、转速、培养时间对松杉灵芝进行液体培养试验,结果表明:松杉灵芝液体培养最佳碳源是蔗糖;最佳氮源是豆饼粉;最适转速是190 r ·m in-1;最适宜培养时间是5~7 d。

Abstract:Liquid-cultured experiments of Ganoderma tsugae with different carbon ,nitrogen ,speed ,& incubation time were conducted .Result shows that the optimal liquid-cultured carbon source of Ganoderma tsugae is sucrose;the optimal nitrogen source is soybean meal ;the optimum rotation rate is 190 r·min-1 ;the optimal incubation time is 5-7d.
