海盐胁迫对海滨雀稗生长及植株体内阳离子含量的影响

摘    要:将0、6.8、13.6、20.4、27.2和34 g/L的海盐同1/2Hoagland营养液混合用作灌溉处理,研究海盐胁迫对海滨雀稗Paspalum vaginatum生长及植株体内Na+、K+、Ca+、Mg+含量的影响。结果表明,海滨雀稗生长受海盐处理抑制,其抑制程度随海盐质量浓度的增加而加大。茎和叶中Na+含量随海盐质量浓度增高而升高,在海盐质量浓度34 g/L时,分别为23.35和22.27 mg/g;根中Na+含量在海盐质量浓度为6.8 g/L时与对照差异不显著,其他处理均显著高于对照和6.8 g/L的处理。叶中K+含量不随海盐胁迫而变化,维持在25 mg/g左右;茎中K+含量随海盐质量浓度增加逐渐降低,根的K+含量在20.4 g/L达到最大值6.4 mg/g,在34 g/L时反而降低,但高于对照。海滨雀稗耐盐的原因之一可能是叶片中K+含量稳定。

Abstract:Growth response and contents of Na+, K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ of seashore paspalum (Paspalum vaginatum) were studied by treating it with 1/2 Hoagland solution containing sea-salt with concentrations of 0, 6.8, 13.6, 20.4, 27.2 and 34 g/L. The results showed that the growth of seashore paspalum was inhibited by sea-salt stress, and the inhibiting was stronger along with the increasing of sea-salt concentration.
